About My New Tree

The planting site is at a duplex, townhome, or other property with multiple units.
Site Inspectors will not contact you before visiting the site. So, please call our office at 303-722-6262 if there is anything special you need to tell us about your tree planting site.
Tree Investment Agreement
* I understand that my tree must be planted along the street in the City & County of Denver. More
Our Spring Street Trees must be planted in the public right-of-way, near the curbside, in the City of Denver. This is typically the "tree lawn" space between the curb and sidewalk. In areas with no tree lawn, street trees may be planted 7 feet into the yard from the sidewalk. In areas with no sidewalk, street trees may be planted 10 feet into the yard from the curb. Once planted, property owners are solely responsible for the trees' care (watering and pruning).

* I agree to take care of my tree(s) including weekly watering spring through fall, and monthly watering in the winter.
* Trees are living things and I understand that there are no refunds, guarantees, or exchanges if my tree fails to thrive.
