Tree Investment Agreement

* I understand that my tree must be planted on my private property in the City & County of Denver. More

Our Fall Shade Trees must be planted on private property in the City and County of Denver. Property owners are solely responsible for the trees’ care (watering and pruning).

To apply for free and low-cost street trees (trees planted along the street in the public right-of-way), visit our website in December to learn more about our Spring Street Tree Program.
